Mark works with the project directors at The Tarrance Group to define the voter universes and create the samples that reach the appropriate pool of voters most efficiently.
An employee of Voter/Consumer Research for over 20 years before joining Tarrance, Mark brings a wide array of experience to the table, having worked at the operations (call center) level for many years and seeing the real-world, day-to-day, challenges involved there. He also worked at the VCR Washington, D.C. office for several years as a Project Manager where he was responsible for fielding literally hundreds of research projects over several election cycles for a wide array of clients, from political to non-profit to corporate.
Mark is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and has supplemented his education with additional courses in SPSS and statistics, among other fields.
